Powers and Abilities: Resistance to magic , Resistance to energy manipulation, Teleportation , Time manipulation (can punch through time )

Speed: Massively FTL+ (can perceive time in yocto seconds )

• Resistance to magic: Yes, can go as immunity as it says there as we wouldn't take it as such anyway.
• Resistance to energy manipulation: I don't see how.
• Teleportation: Seems like Portal Creation, and the other guy could have done that(?)
• Time manipulation: Yes but limited, he can punch through time barriers when having them in front of him.

The speed is a fine addition.
