Nothing, this is a massive stomp.
Chuni-Li's strength comes from training, not because of a superpower, he can't copy natural strength. Her energy attacks can't be copied either, KI isn't similar to Quirks in the slightest.
Even if he could copy her ability to use KI, his KI wouldn't be Low 7-C.
He'd only copy the ability to use KI and wouldn't gain the power she has.
