Street Fighter Juri upgrade and scaling

Juri casually killed Seth (By shattering his chest with a single kick at https://youtu.be/CcRz8G3Jj3Q), who fought evenly with Ryu and survived a Metsu Hadouken from him in PoN. (SFIV Movie Bonds that Bind us).

Bisom then casually stomps Juri and takes her eye. (https://youtu.be/E7mscSkW6XE 1:06)

This should make Juri 7-B by being easily comparable if not superior than Ryu in the SFIV Btbu movie (which is canon), and Bison even more 7-B for beating Juri casually, which again, makes Ryu a lot stronger by scaling.

Juri also stomps the likes of Cammy, the dolls and Chun casually in her introduction movie for SSFIV.

The movie from what i saw isnt counted as canon on this wiki, also Juri didnt face Seth, its most likely that Bison put him down and then takes Juri out

Ryu is below Bison, only in his PoN and Hado he is more stronger, Juri isnt 7-B, plus Vega had a tie with her and that guy never shown anything to make him 7-B

Till Seth story gets revealed and seen if there is anything new, then we will see, for now nothing changes tier wise
