Stoker's Dracula, possible durability upgrade.

So it says on the profile for Stoker's Dracula that his durability is wall level since he can't be killed by any man-made weapon, which would include this torpedo since that was the strongest weapon at the time- that was linked on the profile. But the article linked says that that torpedo had a 100 lbs wet guncotton warhead, and according to the RE factor 100lbs of guncotton would have as much explosive power as 50kg of TNT, which would make Dracula's durability room level.

Is there something I'm missing or is this durability correct?

Who says this? I mean in the book. If it was any character aside from maybe Dracula I would say the feat is a statement from an unreliable source. Assuming Drac said it and it wasn't him just boasting, I think the upgrade would be fine by the logic we are going by.
