This is actually really close. I think Stocking can outsmart Hulk and manage to defeat him, but she wont be walking away unharmed.

I would say Stocking considering she is a better fighter than Hulk, though she will take some massive hits from the green giant.

I vote Stocking due her speed advantage, plus having the AP and strength to fight off Hulk... but he isn't going down without a fight, he has the strength and durability to survive Stocking's attacks until he is overwhelmed.
