Scenario 2- Super 17 with cell absorbed

Also, this is the vegeta that confronted omega with goku

Super 17 after absorbing Goku's 10x Kamehameha had already gathered enough energy to overpower him, and Vegeta isn't any stronger than Goku, so I see no reason why he would fare any better.

Super 17 after absorbing Cell, from what I've heard, seems to have gotten a power boost of around the same manitude as he got from Goku's 10x Kamehameha or greater, so he probably wins in this scenario as well.

Super 17 wins both rounds.

keep in mind that goku likely got a zenkai boost by the time he faced omega, and i recall that at the time, vegeta was roughly at the same power
