OOH! I can help you out there!

Strength Related Outliers [And how it wouldn't make sense]:
Can cause a massive explosion with Fizz Bomb Cola. (Specifically, the explosion totaled up to 1.1 Zettatons of TNT (Small Planet Level), but should be divided by 4, considering him, Pearl, Sandy and Squidena did the feat together, so 276 Exatons of TNT, or Moon Level (HA!)) [It’s most likely that this is an over exaggerated feat, as there was no visible damage to the moon, and it wasn’t pushed back a bit by this, and the FBC doesn’t even work like this, as the gas is only shown in this one scene, and not from the group’s mouths, the explosion just randomly shows up out of nowhere.]
Can suck in the entire ocean with an extremely aggressive Reef Blower (Worth either 5.5001575e+27 Joules/1.314569192160612096 Exatons of TNT (Multi-Continental), 303 Zettatons of TNT, (which is Planet Level.) 5.500157487453606e+33 joules/1.314569189161951860000000 Yottatons of TNT (Also Planet Level) or 8.8002537e+34 Joules/21 Yottatons of TNT (Large Planet level) [Simply put, there is a massive gap between this feat and the second best feat of a Reef Blower sucking in the noses of three houses, which should be City Block Level at most. The gap between the highest CBL feats can go (100 Tons) and this is at least by 1.3145692e+16/13 Quadrillion, which is way too high of a power gap to be acceptable, even if that is a more powerful Reef Blower than normal. Not to mention that a shot of all the damage caused is this, and not this.]
Caused a massive explosion seen from space. 22.82 Ninatons, Dwarf Star Level. [This is a feat done inside a trip out sequence, so it would make no logical sense to scale it to Spongebob’s actual Attack Potency.]
Can Rotate the Earth, which requires 35.73 Ninatons of TNT (Dwarf Star Level) [If the Earth really was rotated, then Gravity would not have been affected in this way. It’s more likely he rotated the background.]
Can destroy his brain, which contains a star. (Logically, Star Level) [It’s unlikely that the Star should compare to an actual one, since it has a face, and is extremely close to the land when compared to our sun.]
Can scale to Frank, who turned off the sun. (Logically, Star Level) [Other than the background going dark, little suggests this to actually be the case, as nothing is frozen after, and it takes 8 minutes for light and heat to hit the Earth instead of instantaneously. Even assuming it was actually Star Level, it shouldn’t scale to Strength or Durability, since it’s through just pulling a chain.]
Can create a realm that contains multiple stars. (Multi-Solar System Level, specifically 1.688e63 joules or 4.03441682600382421e+53 Tons of TNT, OR 1.688 ExaFoe.) [This is a feat done inside a trip out sequence, so it would make no logical sense to scale it to Spongebob’s actual Attack Potency.]
Can unravel the Galaxy and Universe (Galaxy and Universe level, duh.) [This is through a specific string that Spongebob doesn’t have normal access to, and considering just how big Spongebob is without any sign of absorption, it would make no sense to apply real world logic to this. Also, no galaxy is made of string.]

Durability Outliers:
Can take the force of Goo Lagoon entering his body. (Which equated to 2.5655917259337512881 teratons of TNT, Small Country Level) [Or, considering the average bikini bottomite is seven inches, he’s around 59.5 Inches long, about 28 inches long and 77 inches tall. Which would give him a total volume of 128282 cubic inches, and multiply that by 1000, and you get 128282000 Kilograms in weight, and a Kinetic Energy (128282000/5 = 25,656,400 cubic inches/294.9388 inches/7.49144552 meters per second, and therefore 128282000 X 5 X 7.49144552) of 4805088070.98 Joules or 1.148443611610898 tons of TNT, which is Building Level.)
Can survive the heat of the sun right next to him. (Surprisingly not that strong at 1.242046248E+9 Joules or .29 Tons of TNT, Building Level.) [Possible Outlier. If the sun really were that close, it would engulf the earth in flames instead of just Spongebob’s bed, and it’s pretty small. It’s not that big of a physical gap when compared to other feats though.]
Can survive the Earth being frozen for 5 Billion Years from a massive Brain Freeze Patrick had. (Worth 1359.36 Exatons of TNT (Small Planet Level.) [Much like the “Rotating Planet Feat”, gravity does not affect the massive amount of water, as shown when it just falls off the Earth, so this should not apply to real world logic.)
Can survive the force of Sandy’s Treedome sucking in the entire ocean in a few seconds. (Comparable to the Reef Blower, albeit at about double the time, so about 73.1844269497084145 Zettatons/Planet Level) [Pretty sure Sandy’s Dome isn’t 1.386 Billion Cubic Kilometers large.]

Speed Outliers:
Can run faster than Patrick, who once ran to The Sun in about 11 seconds. (Or to be more accurate from Earth to The Sun back to Earth in twelve seconds, meaning he traversed 92.637 million miles in six seconds, and therefore 15439500 miles or 24,847,466,688 meters per second, which is 82.8822274375 times faster than light.) [It’s not possible for a fire to start in space, since it needs at least 16% oxygen, and there’s practically none in space, and it’s likely Patrick would have gotten a heat stroke before his pajamas started to burn.]
Can keep up with Sandy, who can fly from Earth to the moon in fourteen seconds (14% the speed of Light), and fly from The Moon to Saturn in two (2487.31684123 times the speed of light.) [There’s not much suggesting Sandy can react at the former speed, and Saturn was incredibly small and extremely close to the moon in the latter, so real world logic shouldn’t apply there.]
Can compare to Atlanteans, which have traveled billions of Light Years in at least Millions of Years. (Varies between two thousand and two billion times the Speed of Light.) [The atlanteans that performed this feat are long dead, and it’s possible that it was just an urban legend.]
Can travel around the Milky Way Galaxy in a second/Can travel from Earth to another galaxy in a second. (Calculated to be 8.1 trillion times the Speed of Light.) [Spongebob is nowhere near that big, and he’s shown traveling from one panel to another instead of actually from Earth. The episode as a whole was a big middle finger to logic actually.]
Can compare the Squidward, who lapped around an empty universe in 1.28 seconds. (So crossing 93,000,000,000 light years in that much time is equal to 72,656,250,000 light years or 879.847933949999932 Octillion meters per second, so 2.9348568 Quintillion Times the Speed of Light) [It’s unknown exactly how big this dimension is, so it’s kind of ridiculous to scale it to our universe, and even then, it might be another tripout sequence, considering how Squidward’s time machine seemingly disappeared, yet he’s shown arriving back into it through breaking the stone-esque structure of this “Universe”.
