Speedwagon's Old 9-B matchups

After the JoJo downgrades, nearly every character has all of their wins and losses removed because of AP stomps. But when it comes to Speedwagon, plenty of them were purely from his 9-B form, not using his hat.

Examples: Speedwagon vs Thomas Diesel

Speedwagon vs Michael Myers

Speedwagon vs Jason Voorhees

So why were these matchups removed when they didn't become AP stomps?

I think they used Speedwagon's "lol hattrick" which used to be 8-C but really has no business at that tier thereby it got off

But each of those threads were specifically Speedwagon without his hat. So the hat wouldn't have been an issue
