Missing a MAJOR feat for the Jim Corrigan Spectre, one of his most casual feats but super important to scaling and powers

Power Nullification: Depowers the Justice League (JLA Secret Files and Origins 1997 #1)

Empowerment: Restores the Justice Leagues's powers (Same issue)

Anyway, sounds reasonable, although I see Empowerment an unnecessary, since he just undid his own ability, instead of giving the JL new powers.

This is just a nitpick, but it might be worth showing the next page so people know how the Spectre uses his Power Null.

That does not count for Empowerment, however

Empowerment is the ability to strengthen oneself due to various circumstances and outside forces that may or may not be under their control. Unlike Statistics Amplification, empowerment is often involuntary and inherent to each character rather than an activated ability.

At best, it would be power bestowal, however I think its better to just say he can undo his power null

These scans seem to come from a 1997 comic, and correct me if I'm wrong, but Hal only started out as Spectre in 2001.

Close. Jim doesn't lose the Spectre and Hal doesn't become the Spectre until Day of Judgment in 1999, two years after this event.
