Yeah, might be a stomp. Spawn has no way of killing GR. GR has multiple ways of killing Spawn.

Well, he techincally can, but it's gonna be harder for Spawn to kill GR, while for GR it's easier to kill Spawn

The best way to kill both of them is soul manipulation, which Ghost Rider has, (and starts with) while Spawn doesn't. He definitely has a way of winning, but I don't logically see him pulling it off before he dies.

Ok, so i found about one comic where Venom fought Ghost Rider. Basically Rider tried to use his penance stare to kill Eddie, but penance stare didn't kill Eddie, because the symbiote fully covered his body. Could the same thing happen with Spawn? Ok, so i found about one comic where Venom fought Ghost Rider. Basically Rider tried to use his penance stare to kill Eddie, but penance stare didn't kill Eddie, because the symbiote fully covered his body. Could the same thing happen with Spawn?

I found out that the thing covering Spawn's body is actually a parasite, it is very similiar to Venom, so penance stare won't work. Switching my vote to inconclusive since both of them can't really hurt each other.

He probably could use hellfire, but hellfire's ability to burn souls only mentioned in the old comics, correct me if this was used in the other GR comics, i read a pretty small amount of GR comics. And about Zarathos, Johnny needs to allow him to take full control over his body, which he doesn't really like to do.
