some additions in discussion rules

so i've heard that in OBW , people are complaining about users insulting each other in VS debate so i think i want to add something into the Rules,

for example:

no insulting other people opinions or acting rude just to proves you're right , if you want to proves that , you have to show them links ,evidences ,proofs and explain to them how wrong they're, if you are acting rude or insult them , then you will be reported to admins
