Concerning his Power of Order, given it allows him to resist even the Takamagahara System, could he beat a character that is physically far below him but through magic has tier low 2-C capabilities, but all of their feats and abilities are stuff he's shown to resist? I'm a little confused on some hypothetical matchups in my head.
