Karaka can outspeed a standard Ranker, which are superior to Data Zahard at Full Power, who is faster than himself normally, who is declared by Data Urek to be someone better in all combat categories (involving speed) who can casually perform a 0.35c feat. Meanwhile, Kizaru is faster than Marco who moved at 0.57c

Karaka is probably almost close to 0.50c using the speed scaling I quoted above, even if Karaka's speed scaling was isn't quoted, Kizaru wouldn't even be 2x faster than Karaka anyway

In addition, Karaka's Low-High regen is over time, varying from minutes to hours, depending on how much energy he can muster
