Slappy's Immortality Issue

Slappy (Goosebumps) has several types of Immortality, but my issue is that 2 of them contradict each other:

You cannot have both type 5 and type 7 immortality, as one implies that you are completely outside of the circle of life and death, or even just death itself. Being undead outright proves that you are (or at least, you were) subjected to death, because, well, you are freaking dead.

So, let's analyze which type of Immortality should be removed:

I'm going to assume the reasons for his immortality are those:

  • Supposedly Type 5: In the movie, he is stated to be incapable of death
This is very vague without any further context. Besides, it seems more like whoever stated this is just referring to the fact that he is so resilient (thanks to his other types of immortality) that he can't die in any imaginable way. it's not like there's an in-verse cosmological reason as of why he would be outside of Death or the Concept of Death's domain. Also, the fact that he became a ghost means that he died.

  • Type 7 (and what I also believe to be the justification even for his Type 6): Can possess others and is ultimately a ghost
This one seems fine, albeit it should be stated that he has type 7 specifically when he's a ghost.

I also agree with this.

Should we close this then?
