Alright looking at this fool's notable attacks...

Casting illusions and using conceptual manipulation to strike fear in the target. Often playing with them before turning them into a bone statue with a gesture, although this is a slow and painful process. With the victims forced to scream if they have not done so by bestowing a nervous system much more sensitive upon them. If this does not work, they will analyze the target to see what would be a painful death for them."
Once this man reveals himself, Faye charges at him in an attempt to seal him.

Body puppetry and conceptual manip to avoid. Her arms will twist and break since the concept of untouchable is casted upon him for a 1 minute with a gesture right before entering fights.

So Faye passively removes his speed, runs up to him, and touches him, sealing his concept of "untouchable" and all of his abilities in the process.
His passives get sealed because she can seal herself.
Body puppetry won't work since she can use her vectors to move herself regardless.
