I vote to Simon. Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann allows Simon to perform haxes such as Probability Manipulation, Dimensional BFR, Low-Mid Regeneration and other haxes, which makes Simon could land a hit far more easily.

Simon is the man who has matchup to fight against one of the strongest Green Lantern and have the chance of winning. Think about it.
