Simon the Digger vs Dialga

Close fight. Not entirely sure considering both have good hax.

Simons power absorption and probability manipulation might give him the win after a close fight though
 
Dialga should win with his various abilites that would overwhelm Simon, but I'm betting that Probability Manipuation would flip that right on it's head. It has been shown to do something with a 0% chance of success, after all.
