All these scans indicate that shrike can move through time, he constantly does it (its how he time travels), it literally stated there he moves through time like how a human moves through space which defo qualifies for immeasurable

wouldnt ignoring the concepts of time and speed also qualify for immeasurable?

I agree, completely. Shrike's entire deal was traveling through time for MUI. The Plot entirely revolved around that.
