Okay, so...

AP-Wise, Shrek scales from 1.9 megajoules while Hopkins sits at 1.8 megajoules (there's a 7-megajoule feat in there, but it wasn't eval'd.). His projectiles can be amped with the Green Suit.

Hopkins has an advantage over Shrek in combat skill because, while Shrek and Jimmy would cancel each other out in wrestling, Jimmy still has boxing, disarming, and cqc going for him, not to mention what I'm pretty sure is the RAT method (I think that's what it's called): Knows "real classified" martial arts techniques from a Korean War veteran

Hopkins can grab or create weapons on the fly, and he'd have no trouble following through with complex plans.

His hax falls short of Shrek's. According to his equipment listing, the poison is mainly an herbicide, but beyond that, it is only a slightly harmful paralytic to humans: "The poison it shoots does minor damage to humans and temporarily stuns them, and the gun itself can be used as a bludgeoning weapon."

Shrek's farts have killed red snapper (least that's what I think that red fish was; could've been a trout) and would've killed Donkey if he smelt it. Shrek himself outright resists that! What is a minor paralytic gonna do to him?

Both Shrek and Hopkins can endure large crowds, although Shrek has some advantage over Hopkins as Shrek endured hours in cold weather and days of travel.

Hopkins also has a decent range advantage, although if Shrek's farts can push away people, there's a possibility that Hopkins' ammunition will experience some pushback.

Shrek can win with his farts, and he has a clear endurance advantage... But we'll need to look at this overall and not just one specific win-con, and overall... The win should go to Hopkins.

Jimmy's speed should get upgraded too since you can outrun pitbulls during gameplay and dodge punches from the Preps, all of whom are expert boxers

Edit: Just remembered Russell chased after a police car too (a feat that's even listed on his profile)
