Izuku has much higher lifting strength so he could try to restrain him with black whip but Naruto most likely can/will just destroy the tendrils because of his kyuubi cloak/skin. Izuku can't actually physically touch Naruto without getting poisoned.. don't know if the poison spreads or anything, but then that'll leave Deku to stay back and range spam.

Four tailed Naruto is a mindless monster, he doesn't have the savvy in regards to combat and doesn't care about self-preservation as evidence by the fact that he didn't bother to dodge Orochimaru's attack.

Deku is a much better fighter than this version of Naruto, not just in terms of H2H but actually being able to come up with a plan.

Poison isn't an issue considering Deku wears a suit with Gloves and boots, (his face is also covered lol)

Naruto's AP isn't big enough to make a difference and Deku can just counter it by match the AP or exceeding it with Fa Jing.

Deku can avoid most of Naruto's attacks via an excellent Danger sense.

Deku can straight up restrain Naruto with Blackwhip thanks to far superior lifting strength.

Deku can avoid energy blasts via Float and danger sense.

The only issue for Deku here is Naruto's Low Mid Regen which only stops Deku from permanently Killing Naruto, he will have no issue Incapacitating or restraining him.

Deku 7/10 times.

Either way I'd still vote Naruto as he is currently rated as Mountain+ which puts him at roughly 600 Megatons and he will only get stronger as the fight goes on. Also Low-Mid regeneration gives him an even better advantage.

That doesn't give nearly enough to base a vs debate on. We need way more than that incase there are circumstances around him being able to do that. So until we have more info and full context we can't really count it.

Deku can withstand Full Cowl 100% for a long time, not just 3 punches. Idk where that limit even comes from. We see in the manga vs Shigaraki that he literally can throw out dozens of 100% attacks and keep going because his pain tolerance and body have evolved to the point he can handle them.

Also he can wrap Blackwhip around his arms from the inside-out to lessen the damage he takes. So if you’re trying to say he just knocks himself out in a few hits, you’re wrong.

Also, this Deku is > his 300 megaton feat. Heck, the 300 megaton feat is from his air pressure in a weaker key

Deku > weaker Deku > 300 megatons.

In terms of the fight, Deku beats the shit out of Naruto but touching him is a no no with his bare hands. Luckily he can stick to range spam or kicks through his shoes. Also he has a sixth quirk that might be a type of projectile but we don’t know what it is yet.

So Deku absolutely has the tools to win. He can launch dozens of attacks with no fatigue, he’s stronger, he’s more versatile, he’s FAR smarter, he can predict his movements, he has precognition, he can strength/speed amp himself further, he has higher Lifting Strength and he has protection from the poison through his shoes and ranged attacks.

The only problem is the regen, which doesn’t mean he can’t be knocked out with a Fa Jin kick to the back of the head after repeated beat downs. Kurama healing isn’t infinite. Also he can still be restrained.

Also, isn’t Naruto on a time limit too? The more chakra Kurama gives him the more it burns his body and kills him. If he’s constantly trying to heal over damage, he’s going to keep using that chakra and eventually just die from that. So Deku isn’t the only one on a time limit here, unless I’ve misunderstood something.

Idk actually. It can be burned, but the only instance of it being burned was when Dabi used his >2000 degree Celsius flashfire on it. Before that, despite Dabi being covered in his and Shoto’s flames, Deku could grapple him no problem.

As for the poison, idk. It didn’t seem to corrode Orochimaru’s sword? And Blackwhip isn’t organic it’s weird. So that’s up in the air if the chakra itself would affect blackwhip

I mean regardless, if it works, then Deku should win fairly easily. If it doesn't Deku should still have other ways to win via range spam and he also has precog and float so that should keep him out of real danger.

Narutos more than 2x stronger and more durable than deku plus his regeneration makes it so naruto can easily outlast and overwhelm deku.

Yes the charge does matter, because he can’t just make a TBB in a split second, he needs to charge to use it in this state. And he doesn’t need to use long range, he can kick Naruto without being poisoned because it isn’t direct contact.
