Even if we're not considering his haxes, Shaggy still is statisticly (is that the right word?) superior. He is stronger, tougher, and actually knows, how to fight and has way better combat experience. While I can't say, if it is a stomp or not, I can't see any ways for Fred to win either.

shaggy's well into 9-B and could likely break out of the traps, and if fred were to punch him he'd basically pull a luffy since he resists blunt force
