Well Kid Buu is far beyond Baseline, Cell already has one in the KiloFoes, and Ssj2 Gohan beat him with Half of his power, Majin Vegeta is superior to Ssj2 Gohan, Fat Buu stomped Majin Vegeta, Ssj1 Gotenks is above Fat Buu, Super Buu stated he was supressed against Ssj3 Gotenks, he got stomped by Gohan, then Super Buu absorbed Gohan,Goten,trunks and Piccolo, and Kid Buu is even stronger than that.

i dont recall sephiroth being considered multi-solar system on this site , so no this seams pretty close and buu might take this with being far faster and Regenerationn , plus teleportation , making him able to dodge sephiroths attacks like supernova

first off , a slight power advantage , doesnt mean you one shot your foe , unless we are talking about supernova , which he possibly has the abillty to kill buu with , also buu is far faster and has Regenerationn , i dont think sephiroth can one shot him , especially since they are so even in power , with sephiroth possibly having a slight ap , i might give this to sephiroth but definally not in a stomp or mismatch .

Dude, understand this. You can be 100 billion times stronger than the weakest 4-B and still be 4-B so no, Sephiroth could still one-shot. A supernova is only High 4-C usually so I'm not sure why you're bringing this up. They are not even in power and it is not a slight AP difference in the slightest. Even then,Sephiroth hax-rapes anyway. Massive mismatch.
