Self-evident intelligence revisions thread for FC/OC Battles

Ging Freecss (Kagura X Kagura) intelligence feats:
Ging is a polymath with extensive knowledge in various fields of academic studies. He is a Double-Star Hunter who is qualified for a Triple-Star ranking, which is only reserved for people who have made significant breakthroughs or revolutionized certain fields of study. He has foreseen most of Asuka's choices and actions since leaving home, including his participation in the Hunter Exam, his journey to Greed Island and his meeting with Kite. Able to learn multiple nen abilities and jutsu rather quickly by just seeing or experiencing them. It can be affirmed that Ging's preeminent mental skills are his deductive intelligence, quickness of mind and versatility. His intelligence is recognized throughout the shinobi world, and has been trusted to hold Hanzō's Super Secret Yin Scroll along with having read and experimented with it himself. The Hōōzan clan hates him for, in their opinion, bastardizing their Honō no Kokyuujutsu into other Nen techniques other Nen users could use. Created Greed Island Battle Royal with his knowledge on shinobi barriers.

1st You can't ping anyone. Only staff can

2nd I don't think Genius is that off. Mind elaborating what in this description would be vastly higher or lower? I guess when compared to other HxH it might be a bit low? Maybe?

3rd Not sure how needed this is. We typically don't go changing stuff like this on someone else's page unless abhorrently wrong. Thing is, if it's that wrong, the page itself is likely so low in quality it might just get deleted/the person will be told to revise it anyways.

If this is for your own pages, just ask in QnA.

Honō no Kokyūjutsu/Honō no Kokyū/Breath of Fire - one of the main arts of the Hōōzan-ryuu, it normally can only be passed down by blood members of the clan, involves training to become a human equivalent of a flame whether that is being practically inflammable or unfreezable. It also means being able to manipulate flames that are hot enough to vaporize steel. Some justu under the Honō no Kokyūjutsu name are Gōkakyū no Jutsu (creates a large fireball or a flamethrower that covers a wide-area, learning and performing the jutsu successfully is considered the right of passage to fully learn the art of Honō no Kokyūjutsu), Hōsenka no Jutsu (creates a volley of smaller fireballs), Ryūkaken no Jutsu (channels the flames of the user into any weapon they hold from which they can be manipulated from), Kahōō Endan (The flames that are expelled have an even greater heat than before and can be manipulated into the shape of phoenices that attack the target left, right, and center, and can breath their own fire).

Shinobi Kekkai/Shinobi Barriers - a special fighting space/dimension that can only be created, detected, and inhabited by shinobi. They are typically used when fighting occurs between two shinobi, and they serve to hide shinobi from regular civilians and minimize collateral damage. It's useful for covert activities, but there is a downside. Since shinobi can sense its activation, it can give away a shinobi's position. Barriers are not impenetrable as there do exist weapons and tools that can cut into barriers allowing for entrance or escape, another way to get inside is by having someone inside the barrier raise their Ken/Ren to act as a beacon outsiders to come in. This is discouraged though because the barrier resists invaders entering it which has lead to instances of severe burns, amputated limbs, permanent scarring, etc.

Like with Leorio's Remote Punch, Ging was able to derive his own variations of both of these and find a loophole around Honō no Kokyūjutsu only being able to get passed down by blood members of the Hōōzan (the Hōōzan though really consider Ging's derives of their techniques as diminutive bastardizations of generations old family secrets). Greed Island Battle Royal can be seen an extremely intricate shinobi barrier with several restrictions placed upon it, two such restrictions would be that you need the catridge to access the game and that any player over lv. 999 will have their Nen deactivated when inside the game. This restriction goes for games masters too unless they are inside their territory.

I mean, it's your character, is it not? If you feel like this should give them something more, just do it. Simply dont be unresonable about it.

There is also the possibility to state that they have a certain level of inteligence for, let' say martial arts and a different one for let's say science.

Intelligence ratings themselves are kind of iffy to begin with as they are mainly based around science feats and since this is FCOC and not VSBW nobody will rip your head off if you were to, for example, leave out the rating as a whole and simply state his intelligence or give him a rating higher than what we'd normally give.

Like I said, it would have to be blatantly off for us to actually step in and tell you "that's not ok", like "Super Genius. Solved a 3x3 rubiks cube in 2 minutes."
