SCP-173 doesnt have its trademark weakness anymore, how hard to contain is it now?

Just had that idea after looking at a reddit post

SCP-173

Let's say that for no reason 173 losses its weakness and can now move at full speed unrestricted. Can it be recontained in any way?

Tier 2s are banned of course

The Foundation can use other SCPs to try and contain 173 or destroy it
