Oh then sick. Anyway, I'm going with Scott. It's likely he has the AP advantage given how the POU assumedly boosts his AP so unless Guts is super high into 9-A I think Scott has an advantage here and consequently in Dura as well. In terms of skill it's hard to determine whose got the advantage here since the battles they fight are so different. However, even though Scott is super skilled, it's just way more likely Guts takes it in this category given the battles he's fought.
However, the turning point is the extra life. Either Scott wins first or Guts kills him and he comes back knowing how to fight him and given his likely AP advantage, would help him in overcoming Guts. Guts would also know how to fight Scott, but it benefits Scott better here.
Even then, Scott could use some martial arts which he excels at to help give him a leg up anyway. Scott with high difficulty for me
