Depends honestly, Astral Projection is in Shouki no Kami but that was nowhere used in the fight against the Traveler

Scaramouche wins via Astral Projection or Iron Man just decimates here

Astral Projection makes him uninteractable, as simple as that.
I should've worded it better though cause it just sounds like a stalemate either way if Scara stays as an disembodied consciousness, idk I don't really know how it works as it's not even combat-applicable

No electricity resistance on the profile. How hot and how cold are La Signora's attacks? They would have to be hotter than the heat of lightning and colder than the vacuum of space to possibly affect Iron Man. Oh, and Shouki doesn't even have cold attacks.

Alrighty lets see here... uhhh... I'm going for Iron Man. It'll be a very interesting and tough match but I do tend to believe that Iron man has a tad bit more skill. Wanderer has a relative amount of skill and power as well but not compared to Iron Man, especially with Hulkbuster.

The only way for scara to win is to abuse abilities Iron man doesnt resist and use the fact that the area they fight is sorta small for hulkbuster, and also he can teleport.

It doesn't look small at all. Shouki can comfortably move around in it and Hulkbuster barely reaches his ankles.
 
I'm voting for iron man tbh, he's way smaller than scara and even hulkbuster is like 12x smaller than shouki no kami

Iron man wins due to him being smaller + the chances of him damaging shouki no kami is way bigger
