So, personally, I find the fact of Sans using teleportation false. Why? Take a look at this scene, at 3:28. This is Time Manipulation. Sans stops time. If you look around, everyone stops moving as the screen went partially dark. So, seeing that when the screen goes dark every time, its not Sans teleporting, its him stopping time. If it was REALLY Teleportation, look at the genocide fight. How does he do those instant attacks the moment he teleports you? Its basically him stopping time, setting up his attacks, and taking you in position before resuming time and making his attacks he set up move. In conclusion, Sans' teleportation should be removed, and replaced with Time Manipulation. What do you think?

While Sans' teleportation being time stop is possible, this simple visual effect isn't enough to prove this.

I mean, look at Grilbys moving flames. It stops in motion as the screen went dark with light only surrounding Frisk and Sans. As soon as the lights came back on, the flames on Grilbys head are moving again.

Again, it could as well be a visual effect. And considering that Sans' ability can be explained just as easily with teleportation, it's not enough for time stop.

Well, if anyone finds this thread, Ill have them share their thoughts about it if they agree or disagree.

I don't see why that wouldn't be proof of time manipulation. The game has never shown anything resembling dramatization in any other scene why should we assume it was in this one. The time stop would also explain why at the end of the scene he goes "oh I was going to ask you something but I forgot" refrencing how he said he was going to ask him a question but then he stopped time and actually asked him the question. Not to mention he has been consistantly shown to have some form of space time manipulation.

I believe that the issue here is that, while time stop is plausible, it's just not got as much to support it compared to sans simply teleporting everywhere, especially considering how lazy he is as a character.

I mean, there is no mention of him actually teleporting, then again, nor does he mention stopping time. But from that scene, its more likely stopping time and not teleporting when the screen goes dark.
