I don't know about any that negs the rest, but Sakura has limited Durability Negation and Nobara has Soul Manipulation via having attacks that directly attack the soul.

On the other hand, while this isn't hax, Lucy has Empowerment via emotion amps and Noelle has Accelerated Development via her ability to gain new spells in a crisis, plus Statistics Amplification via Reinforcement Magic. Kanao also has a ton of resistances. The others, I don't think they have much that's notable.
