Sorry for using a DB prediction blog as a source but it's accurate info and covers most of what should be revised. As for speed, she also managed to be behind Keiichi after he stopped looking at her for a couple seconds in the first arc and for intelligence she made the firebomb with a kitchen timer and gasoline and has shown to be willing to use improvised weapons if her nata isn't around. As for her standard equipment, the cleaver should be called the nata as that's the correct term and the improvised firebomb might be small building level as it could have burnt down a two-story school but Rena did pour some extra gasoline as well and it's unknown how effective it would be in a direct fight. Maybe she could get a baseball bat too but that's about it.
So it should probably look like:
Strength:Wall Level (Can easily cleave through skulls with her nata and crushed a woman's skull with a couple blows from a metal pipe) to Small Building Level
Speed:Subsonic? (Avoided a shotgun blast by pushing it up with her nata)
Durability
eak Human (Was hindered by a gunshot to her shoulder, the log feat probably doesn't count)
Intelligence:Smart enough to make a firebomb and trick adults
