Penny's new abilities
Penny should have Resistance to Hacking it's a major plot point that Penny can resist the virus Watts put in (33:40) (14:11) her due to her having a soul despite being a Android (4:22 and 34:25)
Penny with her Maiden powers should gain Crystal Manipulation, she made swords made of green Crystals (34:19) that even stayed after she died (13:22)
Ruby's new abilities
Ruby should gain Shockwaves Generation (caused a Earthquake by slamming into a mech) (4:18)
And Ruby should gain Limited Air Manipulation (Slammed Crescent Rose down hard enough to blow away and kill some Sybers) (1:25)
Blake and Sun new abilities
Blake should gain stealth mastery, she has snuck into numerous different locations while a part of the White Fang, she told Yang that stealth isn't her strong suit too (1:26:04) also her and Sun literary snuck into a faunus rally and successfully got the information they wanted from Roman's speech in vol 2
also on that note Sun should also get stealth mastery, he successfully snuck on the boat Blake was on and followed her without her knowing until he revealed himself in vol 4
Blake should also gain Hacking, she said she hacked Atlas security before (1:25:36)
Blake should gain Social Influencing (Blake inspired the Faunus in Menagerie to stand against Adam Taurus by her speech[16]. Blake and Yang telling the truth to Robyn got her to be convinced to stop taking supplies for Amity[17]. Cheered up Ruby until The Hound ruined Ruby's mental state again[18]. Blake temporarily took up the leadership role due to Ruby's mental state in the Ever After[19])

Her Semblance should grant damage boost, I mean it literary just boosts the damage she takes and absorbs by two times...
