She uses it fine for a while like with her fight with Majin Vegeta (like Goku vs Majin vegeta) was short fight as she turned off kaioken times 100 when they were talking and not fighting. Also her body has a forcefield around her that gets amped by kaioken x100 that heals her so she can use it longer then normal

That would mean Goku would outlast, she's burning tons of ki using kaioken and healing her body while it keeps getting destroyed and repaired just to fight at the same level as Goku who is fighting with minuscule ki drain.

Now what about her other advantages such as aura, her semblance and the fact she naturally fights bloodlusted due to thinking everyone has aura protecting them. Also that at least class G lifting strength vs unknown

"Semblance: Petal Burst: Ruby's Semblance, an ability which allows her to move at a much greater speed than what she is normally capable of, appearing as nothing but a red blur leaving rose petals in its wake. She is capable of using this ability in midair as a means of flight, using it to repeatedly change directions in mid-air and attack at high speeds, and to create powerful whirlwinds that can suck in and knock away objects and foes caught by it and envelop her enemy in a tornado-like rush of air. She also exhibited the ability to seemingly transform into three separate clusters of rose petals, allowing her to flow around an opponent and their attacks before reforming. It is later revealed by Penny that Ruby's Semblance allows her to disassemble herself at a molecular level and reassemble at a chosen location. With practice, she has proven able to do the same with anyone she is in contact with. This allows her to go around obstacles or through paths that she would not otherwise fit."

Hm, unless she is just as skilled as Goku, then Goku would just outlast while keeping up with her semblance and win that way. Basicay Goku would be damaging her force fields which lowers her ki, then kaioken is draining her ki and destroying her body like crazy, then spending ki to regenerate it, and that's just to keep up with Goku who is casually at that level, I don't think she can win unless she has more powerful abilities.

Given the fact that she has trained under the same mentor's as Goku (expect roshi and grampa Gohan) she should be just as skilled as him

That's enough, if she's your OC, then it's as you say. I think this match is an inconclusive. Goku can outlast her, but she has extra abilities like aura and semblence which give her a slight advantage but drain her ki very quickly, so she needs to beat Goku before she gets drained or she'll lose. So inconclusive, but leaning with Goku.
