After looking and thinking this over, I think Goku would be able to take this due to his higher battle experience unless he were to get hit by Ruby's energy blade or her Atomizing Strike. Ruby could also use her healing spell to keep fighting until she runs out of MP. I'll wait to see what others think before casting my vote.

Leaning towards Ruby since it looks like she can end the fight quickly with paralysis inducement.

Does she typically lead with it/use it early, and how long does it last for?

The paralysis lasts for two minutes and Ruby typically starts with the pressure points depending on the type of enemy she is facing. If Ruby was facing a large monster, sho would start with the pressure points, but since Ruby is fighting Goku, she would most likely use it if she can't get an advantage through simple hand-to-hand combat.

Also, since Goku could also use pressure points, it's simply a matter of who would land the pressure points first.
