Rules: Speed Equalized, Ringo Roadagain has his 8-B stats, Ring Roadagain doesn't run out of bullets, bloodlusted if needed, Diabolo cannot use Epitath if needed, I do not expect this to be added, this is more or less King Crimson vs Mandom, one skips time, the other rewinds time.

Personally, I do believe rewinding time can limit Diavolo's time skip, reducing it to 4 seconds if activated at the same time

I give this to Diavolo, theoretically Mandom won't work in erased time since you can't rewind time that doesn't exist.

Diavolo can forsee the time reversal, and erase time(as Iapitus said, Mandom won't work in erased time. Anyways, he could position himself into striking him with a killing blow to his vitals with KC.
