Leaning towards inconclusive since Alduin's speed is unknown. Apart from that, Rick just seems more versatile but Alduin is too high in tier.

Either way there's a huge difference between wiping a timeline and literally wiping 9 infinite timelines
oh, and alduin is acausal, a primal force of the aurbis, and an abstract. Rick aint erasing the concept of time. He isn't busting the life out of an acausal, and he most certainly, aint destroying an aurbic force.
