Rex Salazar (Post-Omega 1 Nanite) vs Base Naruto (Part II: Pre-War Arc)

It's never been stated that Rex's Omega-1 sense can only sense things with Nanites, or even just EVO's. Just that it alerts the user of any incoming danger. As Quoted by Rex "My Nanites are into the whole ripping the fabric of reality thing" implying they can a form of reactive evolution.

Rex has the flight and mobility advantage.
Can screw over a majority of Naruto's offense with Block Party.
He /DOES/ have methods to pop through hordes of clones. His Machines are literally made by the imagination of a 16 year old boy that prefers absolute destruction of the environment over anything else.
His Bad Axes are made from the same energy used in his Block Party (Omega Energy) AKA the highly charged particles that can block subatomic destruction. So he's also slicing through Naruto if he gets too close.
Shockwaves with smack hands, etc. His Extra Sense, Many more methods as well.

Also to dismiss Rex's skill level in comparison to Naruto's via the Consortium encounter is a bit asinine.
Greenshifter's point here is that Rex was skilled enough to screw over 5 individuals with abilities more aggressively haxed than Naruto's. So in this case, Naruto's powers wouldn't be anything too much to concern Rex's skill level. Not saying Rex is more skilled than Naruto though because idk.
