Maiko Plasma's lightning is considered legitimate, so she should be upgraded to Building level with Electricity Manipulation. Her speed has already been affected. Also, I propose that she is downgraded to Unknown physically because there is nothing to suggest that she and Electric Catfish Man are comparable in strength, considering she is not a physical combatant.

Attack Potency: Unknown physically. Building level via Electricity Manipulation (Attacks with lightning), higher with High Voltage Mode

Speed: At least Supersonic (Tagged Lightning Genji as he attempted an escape), with Massively Hypersonic+ attack speed (Attacks with lightning)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: Unknown

Durability: Unknown

Base Electric Catfish Man deserves an "At least" rating since Lightning Genji defeated a Grizzly Nyah offspring alongside Stinger. Electric Catfish Man's Plate Tectonics Mode would scale to Maiko Plasma's Electricity Manipulation rating since he could absorb and amplify Maiko's several of her lightning bolts simultaneously.

He absorbed three lightning bolts simultaneously so, Building level+ because 1,600,000,000 * 3 = 4,800,000,000 joules = 1.14722753 Tons. This would also scale to his Durability if I'm not mistaken since he could endure containing all of that energy inside of his body after absorbing it.

Attack Potency: At least Small Building level (Defeated Lightning Genji, who defeated a Grizzly Nyah offspring alongside Stinger) | At least Small Building level (Should be stronger than before). At least Building level+ via Electricity Manipulation (Absorbed and redirected three lightning bolts from High Voltage Mode Maiko Plasma simultaneously)

Speed: At least Supersonic (Fought with and defeated Lightning Genji. Should be comparable to Maiko Plasma)

Lifting Strength: Unknown

Striking Strength: At least Small Building Class (Defeated Lightning Genji) | At least Small Building Class (Should be stronger than before)

Durability: At least Small Building level (Tanked hits from Lightning Genji, who defeated a Grizzly Nyah offspring alongside Stinger) | At least Building level+ (Absorbed three lightning bolts from High Voltage Mode Maiko Plasma simultaneously)

Key: Base | Plate Tectonics Mode

The two of them also need a few more abilities, with Maiko Plasma losing some.

Powers and Abilities: Electricity Manipulation, Transformation (Into High Voltage Mode, allowing her to increase the voltage of her attacks)

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Electricity Manipulation, Transformation (Into Plate Tectonics Mode), Possible Danger Intuition (Claimed his whiskers warmed him of a threat), Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Was unaffected by Lightning Genji's stun rods) | Same as before, Electricity Absorption (Absorbed Maiko Plasma's lightning bolt and redirected it onto Pri-Pri-Prisoner)
