Do we have an exact number for Barry's AP? He'd be at a 3x disadvantage otherwise. He does seem to be more professionally trained however. And given the starting distance he has some time to pull out a pistol and shoot Kazuma dead. And I'm pretty sure Kazuma doesn't have anything in this key that is above extended melee in range.

If Kazuma's luck includes having a skilled marksman like Barry miss his shot. Then maybe he could take it before he shoots. But until someone else has a point about that. I'm siding with Barry
