I think Facehugger is not big enough to wrap around Godzilla's neck.
So basically the battle, is boiled down to: whether Baby Godzilla manages to bite Facehugger first, or Facehugger wraps around him.
If Facehugger wraps himself around Baby Godzilla, I don't know what will happen, as I don't know how he would trap something shaped like Godzilla.
If Baby Godzilla manages to bite Facehugger it would have its mouth corroded by blood.

It can take a small burst a gunfire. Also, it's important to note that Facehuggers have Paralysis Inducement on physical contact.
