It comes from DemiMeramo being the pre-evo of Flamon and as a result Agunimon. Added to the fact that as the Incarnation of the Firewall, he should have a physiology similar to Meramon and Birdramon who are born of the Firewall.

I will add DemiMeramon (and by extension Candlemon) to the Meramon page in order to aid with this as well.
