No, because as stated
so by the time he knows he can do nothing he’ll be grappled by All Might’s class T LS and overwhelmed by his ap and durability advantage. (USJ AM scales higher than Nine’s physicals as he’s equal to Shigaraki who scales to that, so it’s ~300 Megatons vs 748 megatons).

still a bit confused on the BFR, because in the first example at least it looks like it needs some wind up or some motion to pull off, but that could just be comic writers being comic writers

Interesting thing to know about Thor, in general, he doesn't need the hammer or the axe. It's just a way for him to control that godly power into something weaker/simpler/controllable manner.
In any case, most comuc characters don't need to do motion for most things. Some are just there for artistic reasons. Do you think canon Thor needs to hold the hammer up to make it thunder? Nah that's just there for artistic shit. There has been multiple instances where he basically goes "you thought I needed that? Nah britch, that just make me look cool"
