Real World Regular Soldiers stats?

I was just wondering, are usually real world regular soldiers considered athletic stats or peak human stats? Like athletic speed and strength and durability? Or peak like Bruce Lee?

Depends of its training, in general its 10-A if training is requiered, if anyone can enter in the army then just 10-B; either way, they would obtain 9-C if they use mortal weapons.
