I was looking through some of our DC profiles, and noticed we had a profile for Rama Kushna, who has a number of tiering justifications I disagree with:
Her dimension isn't in the God Sphere, nor is it a higher dimension. Therefore, all her scaling above based on this scan should be downgraded to Unknown. Her AP can remain Low Multiverse Level for supposedly causing the collapse of every universe. Let me know what you think.
Rama Kushna is outright stated not to be a "Capital G" full-fledged God, and is she isn't confirmed to live within the God Sphere either (which I'll get to shortly).

I don't know where these ratings come from, but I assume they're from her AP justifications:
It seems this controversial scan is used as the source of her justifications. We've already rejected this scan as a High 1-B cosmology justification for over 5 years now, but since it still comes up in CRT's now and then, I might as well use this chance to explain the problems with the Rama Kushna statements in-depth for future reference. My evaluation of the scans is in the sandbox below (it's a little bloated at parts, so I recommend skipping to section 4):Attack Potency: At least Low Multiverse level (On the brink of her death, she almost caused the collapse of every universe. Exists in the Sphere of the Gods, a higher plane of existence than the Orrery of Worlds. Exists in a dimension 2 steps removed from the normal multiverse)
Speed: Possibly Immeasurable (Exists in a dimension where time and space are no longer abstract but malleable forces)
