So as talked about here, and as I mentioned I will start doing, I'm knocking down lightning feats I can find back to where they belong. Starting with a verse I do a lot of work for, Puzzle and Dragons
To cut right to the chase, lightning is 1.6 Joules now (and apparently has been for a while...), so the Building Level+ needs the '+' knocked off.
Lightning has all sorts of 'what abouts' that goes along with it, but I think this case should still scale regardless. Not to scaling characters tanking it necessarily, but scaling because Mistrain uses its powers to do it. Since the power of the Light Orbs can be used for other elemental blasts anyways, they should have the same energy it takes to conjure cloud to ground lightning to occur.
TLDR: Mistrain can force clouds to drop lightning and uses the same energy source for other attacks, it and it's peers should scale to lightning and that value isn't Building Level+ anymore
