I don't think there is any WoG saying they're all canon.
We treat them as canon since Magical Quartet wrote most of them, Portable (Which had the original staff + Gen) also confirms the Drama CDs and Different Story, which were also written by Magical Quartet.
It also helps that Magia Record has them all in-game.
