PSI to Attack Potency

I am just wondering, about finding the Attack Potency/Destructive Capacity of weapons that have a certain number of PSI (Pounds per Square Inches)

I am just wondering about it's calculations, would I just have to convert it to Newtons/square metre? since usually it would be considered newtons=joules/metre in some cases.

I used this for the convertion https://www.convertunits.com/from/PSI/to/newton/square+metre

For example, an 7.62-mm, M134 Minigun fires bullets that deliver 60191 psi, I did the converiton and it would be at "Small Building" level, is that correct?
 
Force =/= energy, so it is not correct.

For this example you may like to find the kinetic energy of an M134 Minigun's 7.62-mm bullet instead.
 
For general, try to find another way to calculate amount of energy when it goes to PSI-to-Attack Potency.
 
Can't convert pressure units to force ones, the pressure written in those projectiles describe their capacity of piercing stuff. You, however, can convert overpressure to energy (not quite a convertion tho).

would something like this work? it is from the site i linked,

(kg * m^2) / s^2 this is to find joules with using the force applied per meter
