This should be interesting, since both proxies are physically comparable. Both opponents are in their proxy keys (Kate in particular is the Chaser here)

Charlie has much higher stamina and pain tolerance (Kate might scale to him due to both being proxies but she has never showcased such feats herself). Kate has higher melee reach, illusion hax to trick Charlie (I don't know if she'll use this considering that she didn't while chasing Lauren in the mines and only did at the end of the game. In fact, I'm wondering if Kate was actually given the ability to create hallucinations herself or if it was Slendy who did it to trick Lauren), and uh... I guess she can jump pretty good?

The melee fight based advantages are going to be more relevant under SBA, so I see Charlie's pain resist as more relevant here.

Due to her mind and Slendy's nature, I'm pretty sure Slender dude only recently have her illusions hax. She will use it on Charlie under SBA.

Due to the more melee relevant advantages, Kate will gain the upper hand. Charlie can endure, but he is still a small, thinner child. Kate in comparison is only a more recent, healthier proxy in comparison.
