Prometheus (Jump Force), anybody?

The Keyman conveys the events of the Jump World to those in the real world in the form of comics?
What kind of souped-up Telepathy is that?

Depends on the context of what exactly "Real World" means and how big the Jump Worlds are portrayed in the game.

Most fanboi's probably would just automatically assume Tier 1 because "Real World"

Aside from what are the Jump Force series featured here are (Db, Naruto, One piece, bleach for starters are here), I did see something about this fanboi Prometheus seeing all of those worlds as fictional.

Strength wise though, idk what except maybe comparable to everyone if not Top Tiers like Goku there?

The many Jump Worlds and the Real World are portrayed as neighboring universes, and Umbras, which is where the game's hub world is located and turns out to be Prometheus' hideout, is a dimension that lies between the Jump Worlds and the Real World. As a Keyman, he bridges the gap between the worlds by communicating the happenings of the Jump Worlds in the form of the Shonen Jump manga using the Onyx Book, which can do a lot of things apparently.

However, instead of doing his job, he set out to merge all of the worlds together with the Onyx Book. He had already succeeded in nearly merging the worlds from before the game even began, hence why locations like New York City, San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Mexico are playable and part of the story.
