Possibly Tier 0 key for Thor ?

In chaos war Thor 2, Thor was empowered by TOAA, so he should be possibly Tier 0.

I know I made this suggestion earlier and it was rejected but our tiering system is different now compared to what it used to be and multiple tier 0 characters can now exist and tier 0 no longer corresponds with omnipotence.

Thoughts ?

I'm not really seeing anything involving empowerment on his page. Could you perhaps give me a brief summary of the scenario in question?

Not even about tiering yet, isn't this an extremely temporary power boost? Iron Man built the Phoenix buster and Strange has been empowered by higher entities like The Living Tribunal and others. If we literally start to list every single power up, the comic pages would be endless.

I doubt Thor here has any feats needed for a Tier 0, care to list a single one? Getting a boost from a higher entity doesn't automatically make you his tier

Ha no. Are you being legit serious? There are like, thousands of examples that I can give where that doesn't happen. Exhibit A: The Phoenix Force members have nothing on the actual Phoenix Force, and Exhibit B: Oblivion's angels, Exhibit C: Every Ghost Rider, and many more in Marvel itself. Also, feats >>> statements when it comes to Marvel.

Also no. That is basically an inachievable goal. The goal for comic profiles is to give a unified, accurate tier for a character's potrayal, not divide them into 20 billion instances of tiny power ups. Every Marvel character will have all the tiers in that scenario.

I'm sorry, there is like, no argument to be made here. It's a short-lived upgrade he had for like, two issues tops, and has no reason to be Tier 0 save for NLF reasons.
