Possibly Current Living tribunal and Logos upgrade

Current living tribunal was superior to Lifebringer Galactus (who is High 1-B) and Logos scales to him. stated by galactus himself they transformed into something beyond descriptio that not even galactus himself can sense them . (And galactus has omni senses)

And both logos and Current Living tribunal are able to manipulate the hierachy.

@Lucky That sort of doesn't matter. The feat is still scalable to the Celestials regardless, as technically speaking to reach the Superflow and fight the Cosmic Abstracts at their highest power you have to be High 1-B yourself. Especially it's supportive/consistent of Logos statting outright they created the Multiverse , which in Ultimates was High 1-B instead of 2-A.
