Possible Ultimate and Mega level Digimon Downgrades/Justification Rewriting

So according to our handy dandy Creation feats thread. Digimon needs a little revision. Or at least a readjusting our descriptions.

Ultimate levels
Currently Ultimate level Digimon are scaled to Wendigomo Pocket Realm feat of creating a Dimension with planet and star. This is supported by DarkSuperStarmo who not only is born from a black hole, but notably uses Black Holes to attack. He also has one of signature moves Dark Explosion in which attacks with exploded fragments of a Supernova. There is also Starmon X who can control and manipulate entire stars, plus an accepted multiplier.

Due to our about to be new standards, it seems like characters need to prove this scales to AP and also Striking Strength does not scale to this. This means something has to edited in terms of justifications for the profiles.

Mega level Digimo
These guys are scaled to VaDemon's feat of creating and maintaining a larger than Galaxy sized realm that explodes the moment he is defeated. It was supported by the fact that Etemo absorbed a Black-Hole that was large enough to easily swallow the Milky Way. I believe their are other creation feats like this for from other parts of the franchise.

This feat is in the same boat as the previous set of feats. So this is both a revision and a discussion.

To be fair, for the egg, having a dimension inside your body doesn't scale to your tier. Otherwise Kirby would be High 3-A.

If the vademon and wendigomon feats arent valid I think we may have to consider a downgrade for ultimates a Megas unless we have more supporting evidence besides Etemon and DarkStarmon (both of which arent even Megas).

I mean those last two feats are still valid actually. Along with Starmon X's star controlling feat.

But how can we differentiate Megas from Ultimates when both feats are performed by ultimates.

Unless we go the at least High 4-C, likely far higher route for Megas or something. Or Etemon is an outlier altogether. Dunno.

Passively maintaining a galaxy sized dimension should be a 3-C feat regardless, and should scale to Megas. I don't see what the issue is. Then of course theirs the statement in the novels and Etemons feat of absorbing a blackhole bigger than a galaxy. I don't think there would be downgrades
